Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders as we (Scarlett Hamel) are urrently studying at GIA(Gemological Institute of America). Also, if there are any postal service problems that are outside of our control you will be notified as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Scarlett Hamel Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sasilverr@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

USPS, the United States Postal Service®, is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a PO Box.

All mail classes and services may be sent to a P.O. Box. If the item requires a signature, a notice will be left. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the sender after the required number of business days for it to be held have elapsed.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping

 

How long after I place my order will my package be shipped?

Your package should be processed and shipped within 2 or 3 business days depending on when you placed your order. (time of day, the day of the week, holidays, etc.)

 

How long after I place my order will my package arrive?

That depends on what shipping speed (transit time) you chose during checkout. If you chose economy, your pakage should arrive between 5 and 8 business days. If you chose standard, your package should arrive between 3 and 4 business days. If you chose express, your package should arrive within 1 or 2 business days. You can track the your package with the tracking code that was sent to your email when you placed the order. (USPS delivers every day of the week except Sunday, so Monday-Saturday are business days.)
